Ask for a chance

Hi I'm going to talk to a professor to ask for her help to become a good tutor. I was rejected once by her but this time the assistant accepted me simply because she is in need of tutors and she thought Asians have no problems with tutoring. I speak English badly but I hope to gain experience in tutoring. I don't know if I will be fired if that professor know I was accepted. I decide to talk to her to ensure I will try at best to fulfill the responsibilities. So this is what I'm saying to her to ask for the syllabus in the class so I can better help the students. I would appreciate if you can give me any suggestions for improvements.

I don't know if you know yet but I am accepted to the tutor job. I will be tutoring two classes. I just hope you will give me a chance to tutor students maths, which is what I love and dream of. I want to practice and prepare best for all the concept I'm going to tutor so would you mind sending me the syllabus for Cal 1?
