Ask, demand, request, require

Hi teachers!

My grammar book says 'ask, demand, request, require' take two objects like in #1~#4, which I do not agree with some of them.

It also says those sentences can be changed into #5~ #8.

Please teachers check the sentences and tell me which are grammatical.

2. I demanded him a book. (?)

3. I requested him a paper. (?)

4. I required him a transcription. (?)

5. I asked a question of him (0)

6. I demanded a book of him. (?)

7. I requested a paper of him. (0)

8. I required a transcription of him. (0)

10. I demanded him his situation. (?)

11. I demanded a question of him. (?)

12. I demanded his situation of him. (?)
