Do you get what I mean?

I mean : walk down Gold Street first and we will see the traffic lights at the crossroad. We have to keep going (Go straight again) to another road (Silver Road) after the traffic lights.

(There are four traffic lights at the crossroads. So, we just keep going (go straight) only, but there is another name of the road. (do I describe it correctly?)
