Hello, teachers!

Would you please tell me if these are acceptable?
1. She asked to be excused.
2. She asked to be treated as a woman.
3. She asked him to be treated as a woman. [This is incorrect, isn't it?]
4. She asked him to go/come there with her. [Only 'go' is correct, isn't it?]
