Ashamed vs embarrassed

Which would you say?

If you're embarrassed/ashamed of the way you're dressed.

Can you say :

He's ten times worse than me. I'm kind, not him.
I respect you more than you do me/more than you respect me.
This animals don't need their master's affection.
