As...as possible

Hello, everyone. I have a question that really confuses me. We say " He wants to buy as expensive a car as possible". But can we say " He wants to buy a car as expensive as possible"? or "He wants to buy a car that is as expensive as possible"? Please tell me if they are correct grammatically.
