As...as

hello guys I want to know please if these two sentences have the same meaning exactly?

1)It's not as hard to get in as it is to get out.

2)It's not hard to get in like it is hard to get out.

Where I found saw these sentences doesn't matter I just want to know if they have the same meaning?
the first sentence is the original one I made the second sentence from the first one.
If my sentence which is number 2 is not correct can you make another sentence with other words apart from "as...as"?
I mean if 2. sentence is incorrect can you remake that sentence so that it will have exactly the same meaning as the first one but with other words?
Thank you so much!
