He is watching in as-a-matter-of-factly way.

Does exist the adjective "as a matter-of factly "? can someone explain me?

He is watching in as-a-matter-of-factly way.

Does exist the adjective "as a matter-of factly "? can someone explain me? No, it certainly wouldn't be in the dictionary as a standard adjective. However, in English, especially informal spoken English, you can construct adjectival phrases fairly freely. The key thing is that they have to be understandable. Here, I'd say in a matter of fact way.

I looked for your phrase on the internet, and there are some references. However, the ones I looked at seem to be adverbial, eg Paolo says as a matter-of-factly that the program has more than ample budget. Here again, I'd say it slightly differently, as Paolo says matter of factly that the program . . .
