Making a few changes:

"The contract as written is unacceptable."
"The contract written is unacceptable."
"The contract as was written is unacceptable."

Could they still mean different things?

They still don't have much (if any) differences in meaning. In the second, the adjective has to be in its normal position.

"The contract as written is unacceptable."
"The written contract written is unacceptable."
"The contract as was written is unacceptable."
