hi all, below is an email to an executive, first I want to know should I use (As well or Also)? and when we can use them?

also if there is any corrections please advice!

I tried to reach you by phone but was unsuccessful. I wanted to schedule a introductory meeting with you as well/also to discuss the pending taks.

also as you aware from my previous email I attached some schedule timline so actuall I want to discuss how not to be away from those timelines and tasks.
