As well as & Not only....but also?

Please look at this sentence.

"The new year's bonus is not only part of salary but also the company sharing the fruits of yearly endeavours with their hard working employees."

Sometimes "as well as" and "not only...but also" are coming to me so difficultly.

Can I write like this again?

"...........................but also the company share the fruits of yearly endeavours with their hard working employees"

If I use "as well as", do I have to also write as "as well as the company sharing the fruits"?

I mean, Can't "as well as" and "not only...but also" bring clauses?
