Moreover, social obligation programs for employees could boost their morale in their workplace and lead to greater productivity, which has an impact on how profitable the company can be.
On the other hand, financial organizations must concentrate on making money to survive in a competitive and fast-changing world. If investing more in corporate social responsibilities could lead to exorbitant expenditure and costs for enterprises, they might be unable to meet the change needs of customers or pay costs incurred, from that, any concern about social obligation becomes irrelevant. In addition, when social responsibilities are integrated with the company’s operation, the expense of the production of services business offers might increase, which result in increasing the price of products and makes the company lose its potential consumers.
In conclusion, caring for society through social activities is a significant method to enhance the company's reputation, however, if more contribution to the community but a lack of attention to the company, it could pose challenges for business owners.
