Are the following correct?

I as well as my friend am going.

I am as well as my friend going.

healer I as well as my friend am going. I guess that's right, but it sounds so awkward that nobody I know would ever put it that way. If they somehow painted themselves into that corner, they would probably say "are" because they would have meant nothing more than "and" by "as well as".
