As was/has been said?

"As has been/was already said...."

"As it has been/was already said..."

What is correct and why? And what tense would be more suitable to use in a conversation?

Thank you in advance.

The pronoun is optional, so long as you introduce it in the main clause. As for the tense confusion, use has been to describe an action that took place in an indefinite time in the past, or use was to describe something that happened in a definite time in the past, whether specified in the sentence or implied.
