Hi all

As was our experience at the other branch, we were warmly welcomed when we got there.

Could you please comment on this sentence? Could I use "as" the way I did to indicate similarity?

I just looked at this sentence again. I don't think I have a question about this anymore. I realised if I wrote "as with" instead of "as was", the sentence seem to sound natural and grammatical.
