I'm not an English native, but I like English.

I am sending you the bill, as was agreed.

Do you have any ideas that what agreement is in the above sentence? Is it the agreement about the amount on the bill or the promise to send?

Anonymous I am sending you the bill, as was agreed. The action of my sending you the bill is what was agreed on/to. We agreed that I should/would send you the bill.
