Micheal dreams like Sheela told him.

Micheal dreams as Sheela told him.

Please tell which is correct?

Context: Sheela says to Michael that he will have a dream of love tonight. Exactly what happened to him that night.

Your sentences don't work terribly well. Also, they rather sound as if Michael can control what he dreams about, and he does what Sheela instructed him to do. I think you may mean something like this: Michael has the dream that Sheela predicted.
