Grammar

as to ..of my own

An excerpt:
'I'm bound to say that in all accounts which you have been so good as to give of my own small achievements you have habitually underrated your own abilities'

1. Does 'in all accounts' mean in all aspects of details described or mentioned?
2. What is 'as to give of'? Can you please help me break down the structure?

Thanks

I have to admit that, in all the reports of my small achievements you've given help with so kindly written, you have habitually underrated your own abiliities.
