Please put your entire question in the text box. Both are OK. " Oddly, "About business, I'm serious" does not work.

Both are OK. The plain way to put that is "I'm serious about business." Oddly, "About business, I'm serious" does not work. A natural inverted form is "When it comes to business, I'm serious."
