Yes, but 'as to' is quite stilted and seldom used in other than quite formal writing.

I'm worried about how you'll take care of yourself.

Is it the "AS TO" and the "AS IF" having the different meaning?

I never heard about AS TO, but AS IF is really common. Like "You speak so loud as if nobody hear"

Hello, deasihotang - and welcome to English Forums.

Your sentence needs some repair: "You are speaking loudly as if nobody can hear you."

As to and as if are unrelated structures. As to = regarding. As if = as though = like

Sorry, I completely missed the subject-verb order issue.
You have them in "question order." How will you take care of yourself?

It should be "I am worried as to how you willtake care of yourself."
