'as to'

Is it proper to write this way:

I will not call you, 'as to' its of no importance to you, so it should not be the reason for you getting irritated..

or can I replace it with 'as for' , 'as though' etc...

what is the exact usage of 'as to'

"As" can have the same meaning as "because."

I will not call you because...
I will not call you as...

Use either "because" (my preference) or "as" in your sentence. Using "for" will make it sound quite old fashioned.
