as to

As to Aids, these symptoms are not sufficient.

Why did you not like him as to father?

Have you ever searched for the word as to its meaning?

You are just my concubine, and as to wife you are not well fit for me.

I know the phrase `as to' has a meaning of `concerning, with reference to'. So, I wrote the above four sentences with the same meaning. Please correct it to me.
