Which is correct?

1. As soon as I [find/found] out who did this, I'll kill him.

2. Once I [finish / finished / have finished] this project, I'm gonna spend more time with you.

There really is no difference. The only reason to differentiate between the two (that I can see) would be to avoid errors in parrallelism.
