As..., so... (inversion?)

1. As you sow, so shall you reap.
2. As everyone comes, so they depart, and what do they gain, since they toil for the wind? (NIV, Ecclesiastes 5:16)
There is inversion in #1 and no inversion in #2.
Can I rewrite #1 and #2 as follows?
3. As you sow, so you shall reap.
4. As everyone comes, so do they depart, and what do they gain, since they toil for the wind?
