As she hast just woke up??

Is it correct to say, the maid plans to fling the sheets in a heap as she has just woke up.

T he maid plans to fling the sheets in a heap as she has just woke n up. It's still a rather odd sentence.

Anonymous the maid plans to fling ...
If it's a matter of "plans", it seems to me that "has just woken up" is the wrong tense. Maybe you mean this:

The maid plans to fling the sheets in a heap [when / as soon as] she wakes up.
