As rare as....

Hi

There is one guy who sees another guy in a headlock with some starlet and says: It's fun. It's exciting having sex with someone you don't know. Don't let anyone tell you it isn't. It's a great adventure getting to know somebody. BUT AS RARE AS IT IS TO FALL IN LOVE, IT IS NOT AS RARE AS REAL LOVE, I WILL DIE FOR YOU LOVE, I WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU'RE SICK AND WHEN YOU'RE FRAIL LOVE. NOW THAT'S RARE. I would give everything, all the experiences that I'm having, I'd give them all up for what you have".

I'm just not sure what he's trying to say in the capitalized part.

Is he saying that falling in love happens very rarely and it's easier to find a real love rather than to fall in love.

In the part "I will die for you love" maybe it should be "your love" not "you love"

It sounds to me as if he was referring to someone and saying: I will die for you love and I will take care of you my love when you're sick and he says that this kind of behaviour is rare, because usually people look only for a short relationship, not true love. Well, that's how I see it, but I'm not sure at all if this is what it means.....

Hello, it looks like a love letter or lyrics. and real love is being together in hard times and that's rare. owner of these words tries to distinguish real love from others perceived as real loves and gives examples how real love is lived.

"headlock with a starlet" - does it mean they were hugging each other?

"Headlock" - I think they're doing what we used to call "making out." Kissing.
All those love bits in the capitalized parts might read more clearly if there were hyphens between the words (but that would be an awful lot of hyphens). He is using the entire phrase as an adjective to describe the word love.
Okay, now I've googled and these things have a name - they are called temporary,
