No. As you see, it takes nine words to say it. I don't know how we can compress all that into one word.

It's not meant to have anything to do with race.
It refers to a colour.
May be the phrase doesn't exist in English.
But it does in other languages.

Maybe so, but, you give the impression that it is meant to. Apart from a small proportion of race-obsessed fanatics, most English speakers will normally avoid saying anything that could even be misinterpreted as being about race. The subject is a minefield that is best avoided.

Possibly. You could also say 'pale pink skin' or just 'pink skin'.

Either suggestion would be so much better without any reference to white people. The importance of this cannot be stressed enough. The same would be true of references to any other racial descriptions.

My dictionary still has the term 'flesh-coloured', meaning a light brownish pink.
eg She is wearing flesh-colored tights.

But I haven't seen or heard this word for a long time, because it came to be considered offensive.
