1. The earth as viewed from a satellite.

2. The English language as it is spoken in America.

3. The English language as spoken in America.

I found these three sentences in my dictionary.

I have two questions of them.

Q1) Are they all grammatically correct?

Q2) Can they be considered as fragments from sentences like below?

a1. This was the earth as viewed from a satellite when eclipse was happening.

a2. The English language as it is spoken in America is used as a lingua franca everywhere around the world.

a3. The English language as spoken in America is considered the most influential language in the world.
