As + Past Participle

We moved to Caifornia, as had been arranged.

As intended

As was intended

As planned

As was planned

Are these all short for the subordinate clause as it was/had been intended/planned/arranged?

In spoken American English - all are correct.
Most common would be "We moved to California as planned."

All the other sentences do not sound natural. They are correct, but they don't sound natural.
