Vocabulary

"as one should"

Is it correct to say "This is the way to live life, as one should"?
Or is the phrase supposed to be followed by a verb or a clause/expression that involves a verb?
(I usually see "the + noun + is + adj., as one should expect/have known")

THanks!

Why not just say This is the way to live a life. The part after 'life' seems completely redundant to me.

Are you a native speaker? No offense though, but I do want to emphasize that this IS the way one SHOULD DEFINITELY live.

THanks!:)
