Grammar

As often as / as much as / as long as / as well as

You will be safe ….. you follow the instructions.
a)as often as - b)as much as - c)as long as - d)as well as

This question is a little bit tricky to me. To me, A and B and D work.
Would you please help me with this confusion?

This is my analysis:
You will be safe as often as you follow the instructions. = you will be safe as you follow the instructions regularly (maybe you repeat doing that everyday)
You will be safe as much as you follow the instructions. = (as long as ....)
You will be safe as long as you follow the instructions. = (as much as ....)
You will be safe as well as you follow the instructions. = (as nicely as .....)

(I have asked this question in another forum too and I have received answers but I haven't understood their explanation very well. I'm asking this here maybe your explanation would be more clear than theirs.)

Thank you.
