As of yesterday, I lost ten pounds since two weeks ago.

I go out a lot, so is my girlfriend. As to/for my best friend, he is even worse.

As the toprical storm brought down twenty inches rain, some houses in my village were innudated.

Are they OK/

As of yesterday, I lost ten pounds after two weeks. I go out a lot and so does my girlfriend. As to/for my best friend, he does much worse (goes out more often than I do).
