As my lawyer

Are these sentences correct:

1) I gave him those documents as my lawyer.
2) I gave those documents to him as my lawyer.
3) I gave him those documents in his capacity as my lawyer.

He is my lawyer and I gave the documents to him in his capacity as my lawyer.
