About "as much as". What are its synonyms? Does it have only one single meaning or more than one meaning? Please give some examples.

Hi, Abil. Synonyms for example are "although" and "even though". "Much as" could be used similar to the word "almost" -
He does it as much she predicted. (almost)
As much as he put a lot effort in it my opinion hasn't changed. (although).
Much as I tried to play that part, nothing came out of it. (even though)
And of course it's used according written above.
