To begin with, wages play a sentimental role in human job satisfaction because money could help people with the most basic needs such as covering their children's tuition fees and paying taxes. Moreover, having a high salary refers to the collars’ hard-working and their talents at work. Furthermore, job satisfaction can be determined by the working environment. It is undeniable that the working environment contributes a large sector to human life. In more simple words, the working environment may heavily affect collars’ health and safety. For example, the facilities of a workplace that have not been quality assured may lead to some illnesses like short eyesight related to physical health. In addition, another element, is promotion as people regard promotion as an achievement for their long hard-working duration.

On the other hand, adults have never come up with their workplace or even their job. This might due to the low level of job satisfaction among collars due to some obstacles. One of the most popular is the toxic competition among colleagues. Toxic competition may be the wreck to the relationship between colleagues which make them are always vexed.

Not only that, high-paid jobs exerts an enormous amount of pressure. The level of job satisfaction will sharply decrease due to this as not many people can bear with the problem of work pressure.

In conclusion, job satisfaction may come from wages, working environment and promotion, however, satisfaction with job remains a distant dreams for the majority of employees.
