As many NOUN as possible happier??

Dear

Regarding the usige of "As many as possible".

Are these below wrong to say?

" I would like to make as many cats in the world as possible happier"

"I would like to make as many cats in the world as hapier"

"I would like to make cats in the world happier as many as possible"

Please someone tell me which one is okay to use
or
if none is okay, advise me how to express in a different way.

Thank you in advance!!

The first is possible, though I prefer "I would like to make as many cats as possible in the world happier". The second and third don't work.
