Hello,

If you want to combine and reduce words as follows,

"as many glasses as possible and as much water as possible"

how would you write it usually?

" as many glasses and much water as possible," would this be ok?

It seems very awkward to me. Why would you want to combine two phrases that mean the same thing? Native speakers would say one of the two sentences below. They would not combine them.

Drink as many glasses of water as possible.
Drink as much water as possible.

Apart from the grammar question, telling anyone to drink "as much water as possible" could be dangerous if the person tried to take your advice literally. It is possible to get very ill and even die from drinking too much water. Generally doctors advise people to drink "a lot of water", not "as much as possible".
