Could you please tell me if these are OK?

He play his good cards the same way he plays his bad cards./like he plays his bad cards./as he plays his bad card.

The two offices are as close to the exit as one another./this office is as close to the exit as the other office.

Could you tell me how to make this sentence sound more natural?

He plays his good cards (in) the same way (as) he plays his bad cards./like he plays his bad cards./as he plays his bad cards. -- They are all possible. In everyday English, the last version doesn't seem so likely as the other two.

The two offices are equally close to the exit.

This office is as close to the exit as the other office. -- OK

Tie your hair with a/the headband(?) but not too tight -- so there is still some slack left in your hair. -- The words "still some" and "left" are not actually necessary, but help to smooth the sentence in my opinion. A headband is like the picture at . I'm not sure if you really "tie" your hair with it? Something like "tie your hair with a ribbon" might make more sense, but I'm not sure exactly what hairstyle you are envisaging.
