As it's name suggest?

Hi! everyone.Could you tell me,is my use of "refers to" here right?
-We often see people using this phrase "As its name suggests...."
Can I use it as follows -As it's name refers to....?
Does "refer to" mean ,suggest, here?
How can I use ,refer to, in it? Or what synonymous words I can put replacing the word "suggest"?
Please do tell me about the use of word "refer to".
I also see-:refers to = means
This word refers to......
This word means.....

it's = it is. You don't want As it is name refers to. You want As its name refers to.

The problem is that you can't use the corrected version either. refers to won't work.

You need one of these:

As its name [suggests / indicate
