Hi! I have a question about a little point of grammar awaiting for your answer. Thank you for your time.
>> Recently we have received message telling that our school alumni directory (A list of our friends' name, address and work place) needs to be seen whether anyone needs some more info to add or alter details in it. After do the adding and altering from the file attached, I sent it back to where it came from and the secretary to our alumni committee received it . Then she replied 'The master will be corrected as it is' meaning it's her responsibility to update the info of everybody new detail sending back to her.
I wonder whether it should be said 'The master will be corrected as it was' I think 'was' should be used there as it was already past tense.
excellentlearner she replied 'The master will be corrected as it is' I have no idea what she meant by that remark. excellentlearner I wonder whether it should be said 'The master will be corrected as it was' I have no idea what that means, either.
