As in

1) We don't want a big concert as in 1986.
2) We don't want to have a big concert as in 1986.

1) We don't want a big concert, as in 1986.
2) We don't want to have a big concert, as in 1986.


Which of the above correspond to which of the below:
a) We don't want a big concert like the one in 1986.

b) .We had a big concert in 1986. We don't want that to happen again.
c) In 1986 we wanted a big concert. That is not the case now.
d) In 1986 we did not want a big concert. We don't one now either.
