As I speak / as I write / as of now

My boss wrote me a letter telling me there were no customers checking in on the 15th as she wrote. She wrote the message on the 8th.

Is this the way you would say it naturally?

We have no customers checking in on the 15th as of now as I write you. (she wrote me on the 8th) But between now and the 15th we might have booking.

Thanks
