as I said earlier?

Situation: I'm speaking with somebody for some time and then I refer to what I alresdy said: "As I said/have said earlier......."

You can add "earlier" to any of them, but it's not necessary.

Not exactly. The -ing forms don't sound as good with 'write' in that context.

With the verb 'write' I suggest sticking to "As I wrote earlier".
