As I have placed

1) I placed that plate in the cupboard on the shelf as I have placed the other dishes in the cupboard.

A) Can we tell for sure that the other dishes were placed in the cupboard after 'that plate'?

B) Isn't it possible that some of them were placed in the cupboard before 'that plate' and some after it?

C) Is it possible that they were all placed in the cupboard before 'that plate'?

I read it as (C). However, I don't think it's the greatest sentence ever written. Also, "as" seems ambiguous (does it mean "because" or "in the same way as"?)
