Most people say these:

She's as tall as me.
She works as hard as me.
She's as tall as I am.
She works as hard as I do.

Some people argue that the "... as I" formulations are technically more correct than "... as me". To many, though, "... as I" sounds pedantic, especially in conversation. This is a perennial question in English.
