As has been said?

"As has been/was already said...."

"As it has been/was already said..."

What is correct and why? And what tense would be more suitable to use in a conversation?

Thank you in advance.

As it (=the thing that has already been said) has already been said, ... (comment like "I don't have to say it again") ...

I find the present perfect more suitable, but the expression itself doesn't strike me as very conversational in style.

So, here are the examples that occur to me after your explanation. Did I comprehend you well?

"As has already been said, I also agree that the advantages of this work are really considerable."

"As it has already been said by Mark, I am not going to repeat his words." - As functions here as a synonym for because, since, doesn't it?
