Which sentence is better?

Sentence1:

As guaranteed by my academic achievements, I am confident that I am capable of understanding any chemical theories and apply them.

Sentence2:
I am confident that I am capable of understanding any chemical theories and apply them, as guaranteed by my academic achievements.

Question2:
If none of the above sentence is correct, could you please help me to link "my academic achievements" and "capable of understanding any chemical theories"?
