No.

You request/ask a doctor to treat you.

You request treatment from a doctor.

You request/ask a doctor for treatment.

'Ask' is more common than 'request'.

One person typically picks up the bill and might say, 'I'll get it.'

Adult males do not usually speak of 'treating' each other.
