As far as luck goes

Hi guys,

Would anyone please tell me what exactly the phrase "as far as luck goes" means?

Does it mean "as far as luck is concerned," or "with enough luck," or "if lucky enough?"

Or none of the above?

Thank you!

It could be any of those; it depends on context and how it is structured into the sentence.
