As easy to be cheated

Is this grammatically correct? The way of saying.

This vegetable seller is ripping me off, but he doesn't know that I am not the one "who is as easy as to be cheated or deceived".

I know I could simply say this, "who gets cheated easily" , "who you can cheat easily".

But I want to know about the way I stated please help.
